This is Chapter 11 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Part A “General Provisions”, which is part of Subtitle II “Boards, Councils, Foundations, and Commissions”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
