This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Equine Feed Assessment.” It is part of Chapter 17 “Horse Industry Board”, which is part of Part B “Commodity Boards”, which is part of Subtitle II “Boards, Councils, Foundations, and Commissions”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
