This is Chapter 30.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Virginia Spirits Board.” It is part of Part C “Other Commodity-Related Boards, Councils, and Foundations”, which is part of Subtitle II “Boards, Councils, Foundations, and Commissions”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
