This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Certified Seed Board.” It is part of Chapter 40 “Seeds”, which is part of Subtitle III “Production and Sale of Agricultural Products”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
