This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Industrial Hemp Crop Production, Handling, and Processing.” It is part of Chapter 41.1 “Industrial Hemp”, which is part of Subtitle III “Production and Sale of Agricultural Products”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
