This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Regulated Hemp Products.” It is part of Chapter 41.1 “Industrial Hemp”, which is part of Subtitle III “Production and Sale of Agricultural Products”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.

§ 3.2-4122	Regulated hemp product retail facility registration; fee
§ 3.2-4123	Product packaging, labeling, and testing
§ 3.2-4124	Topical hemp products; civil penalty
§ 3.2-4125	Commissioner to have access to retail facilities
§ 3.2-4126	Civil penalties
