This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Cotton Handlers.” It is part of Chapter 47 “Sale of Farm Produce”, which is part of Subtitle III “Production and Sale of Agricultural Products”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
