This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Seizures, Prosecutions, Penalties, and Enforcement.” It is part of Chapter 51 “Food and Drink”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Food and Drink; Weights and Measures”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
