This is Article 10 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Mandatory Sterilization of Dogs and Cats Adopted From Releasing Agencies.” It is part of Chapter 65 “Comprehensive Animal Care”, which is part of Subtitle V “Domestic Animals”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
