This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Transportation and Sale of Animals.” It is part of Chapter 65 “Comprehensive Animal Care”, which is part of Subtitle V “Domestic Animals”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.
