This is Article 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Search, Seizure, Impounding, and Enforcement.” It is part of Chapter 65 “Comprehensive Animal Care”, which is part of Subtitle V “Domestic Animals”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.
