This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Rights and Responsibilities of Patients in Nursing Homes.” It is part of Chapter 5 “Regulation of Medical Care Facilities and Services”, which is part of Title 32.1 “Health”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
