This is Chapter 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Definitions and General Provisions.” It is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions and Transportation Entities”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.

It’s comprised of the following 21 sections.
