This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Department of Transportation.” It is part of Chapter 2 “Transportation Entities”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions and Transportation Entities”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
