This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Highway Construction Contracts, Limitations on Suits, and Adjustment of Claims.” It is part of Chapter 11 “Highway Construction Contracts and Suits; Highway Contractors' Association”, which is part of Subtitle II “Modes of Transportation: Highways, Bridges, Ferries, Rail, and Public Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
