This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “False and Misleading Signs.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Outdoor Advertising in Sight of Public Highways”, which is part of Subtitle II “Modes of Transportation: Highways, Bridges, Ferries, Rail, and Public Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
