This is Chapter 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Limited Access Highways, Scenic Highways and Virginia Byways, and Highways Over Dams.” It is part of Subtitle II “Modes of Transportation: Highways, Bridges, Ferries, Rail, and Public Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
