This is Chapter 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “High-Occupancy Vehicle Lanes and High-Occupancy Toll Lanes.” It is part of Subtitle II “Modes of Transportation: Highways, Bridges, Ferries, Rail, and Public Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
