This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Establishment, Alteration, and Discontinuance of Highways.” It is part of Chapter 7 “Local Authority Over Highways”, which is part of Subtitle II “Modes of Transportation: Highways, Bridges, Ferries, Rail, and Public Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
