This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Abandonment and Discontinuance of Highways in Primary State Highway System.” It is part of Chapter 9 “Abandonment and Discontinuance of Highways and Roads”, which is part of Subtitle II “Modes of Transportation: Highways, Bridges, Ferries, Rail, and Public Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
