This is Chapter 16 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Rail Funds.” It is part of Subtitle III “Transportation Funding and Development”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
