This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Powers and Duties of Localities; Liability of Commonwealth and Localities.” It is part of Chapter 19 “Transportation District Act of 1964”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Local and Regional Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
