This is Chapter 32 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Metropolitan Planning Organizations.” It is part of Subtitle IV “Local and Regional Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
