This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Human Rights.” It is part of Chapter 4 “Protection of Consumers”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions”, which is part of Title 37.2 “Behavioral Health and Developmental Services”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
