This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 8 “Emergency Custody and Voluntary and Involuntary Civil Admissions”, which is part of Subtitle III “Admissions and Dispositions”, which is part of Title 37.2 “Behavioral Health and Developmental Services”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
