This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Organization of Domestic Insurers.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Organization, Admission and Licensing of Insurers”, which is part of Title 38.2 “Insurance”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.

§ 38.2-1000	Incorporation of domestic stock insurers

§ 38.2-1003	When corporate status attained; bylaws filed with Commission
