This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Advisory Organizations.” It is part of Chapter 20 “Regulation of Rates for Certain Types of Insurance”, which is part of Title 38.2 “Insurance”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

§ 38.2-2022	Advisory organizations defined
§ 38.2-2023	What to be filed with Commission by advisory organization
§ 38.2-2024	Unfair acts or practices of advisory organization
§ 38.2-2025	Statistics or recommendations by advisory organization not complying with this article or order of Commission
