This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Hearings, Offenses and Penalties.” It is part of Chapter 20 “Regulation of Rates for Certain Types of Insurance”, which is part of Title 38.2 “Insurance”.
It’s comprised of the following 2 sections.
