This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Power of Attorney to Execute Bonds.” It is part of Chapter 24 “Fidelity and Surety Insurance”, which is part of Title 38.2 “Insurance”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.

§ 38.2-2416	Power of attorney to be recorded or attached; filing with the Department of Criminal Justice Services
§ 38.2-2417	Continuance of power; revocation
§ 38.2-2418	Recordation of instrument of revocation
§ 38.2-2419	Notation of revocation; indexing
§ 38.2-2420	Bonds executed under power of attorney binding on insurer
