This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Organization and Licensing of Companies.” It is part of Chapter 39 “Mutual Assessment Life, Accident and Sickness Insurers”, which is part of Title 38.2 “Insurance”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
