This is Chapter 11 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Possession of Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Products; Prohibited Practices Generally.” It is part of Subtitle II “Cannabis Control Act”, which is part of Title 4.1 “Alcoholic Beverage and Cannabis Control”.
