This is Chapter 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas.” It is part of Subtitle I “Administration”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.

§ 45.2-300	Governor authorized to execute Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas
§ 45.2-301	Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas
§ 45.2-302	Governor to act as representative to Interstate Oil Compact Commission
