This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Additional Duties of Certified Persons and Other Miners.” It is part of Chapter 7 “Requirements Applicable to Underground Coal Mines; Mine Construction”, which is part of Part B “Underground Coal Mines”, which is part of Subtitle II “Coal Mining”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

§ 45.2-703	Duties of mine foreman
§ 45.2-704	Employment and duties of top persons; plan for excavation of shaft or slope
§ 45.2-705	Employment of inexperienced underground miners
§ 45.2-706	Employment of authorized persons
