This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Mine Openings and Escapeways.” It is part of Chapter 7 “Requirements Applicable to Underground Coal Mines; Mine Construction”, which is part of Part B “Underground Coal Mines”, which is part of Subtitle II “Coal Mining”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.
