This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Fire Prevention and Fire Control.” It is part of Chapter 8 “Requirements Applicable to Underground Coal Mines; Electricity, Safety, Etc”, which is part of Part B “Underground Coal Mines”, which is part of Subtitle II “Coal Mining”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.

It’s comprised of the following 8 sections.
