This is Article 12 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Auger and Highwall Mining.” It is part of Chapter 9 “Requirements Applicable to Surface Coal Mines”, which is part of Part C “Surface Coal Mines”, which is part of Subtitle II “Coal Mining”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.
