This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Licensing of Mineral Mines.” It is part of Chapter 11 “Mineral Mine Safety Act”, which is part of Part A “Mineral Mines Generally”, which is part of Subtitle III “Mineral Mines”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.
