This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Minerals Reclamation Fund.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Permits for Certain Mining Operations; Reclamation of Land”, which is part of Part A “Mineral Mines Generally”, which is part of Subtitle III “Mineral Mines”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.
