This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Rights of Owners of Land Adjacent to Mineral Mines.” It is part of Chapter 13 “Mineral Mining Retaining Dams; Adjacent Owners”, which is part of Part A “Mineral Mines Generally”, which is part of Subtitle III “Mineral Mines”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.
