This is Chapter 15 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Requirements Applicable to Surface Mineral Mines.” It is part of Part C “Surface Mineral Mines”, which is part of Subtitle III “Mineral Mines”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.
