This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Energy Policy of the Commonwealth.” It is part of Chapter 17 “Other Sources of Energy Generally; Energy Policy”, which is part of Subtitle V “Other Sources of Energy; Energy Policy”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.
