This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 18 “Wind Energy”, which is part of Subtitle V “Other Sources of Energy; Energy Policy”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
