This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Resource Regulation.” It is part of Chapter 20 “Geothermal Energy”, which is part of Subtitle V “Other Sources of Energy; Energy Policy”, which is part of Title 45.2 “Mines, Minerals, and Energy”.
It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
