Accident Reports

This is Article 11 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Accident Reports.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Licensure of Drivers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Titling, Registration and Licensure”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.

It’s comprised of the following 20 sections.

§ 46.2-371 Driver to give immediate notice of certain accidents
