This is Article 12 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Suspension and Revocation of Licenses, Generally; Additional Penalties.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Licensure of Drivers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Titling, Registration and Licensure”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.
