This is Article 14 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Suspension of Licenses of Nonresidents or for Accidents in Other States.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Licensure of Drivers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Titling, Registration and Licensure”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.
