This is Article 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Prohibited Uses of Driver's Licenses.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Licensure of Drivers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Titling, Registration and Licensure”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
