This is Article 18 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Permits for Excessive Size and Weight.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Motor Vehicle and Equipment Safety”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.
