This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Abandoned Vehicles.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Abandoned, Immobilized, Unattended and Trespassing Vehicles; Parking”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.
