This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Trespassing Vehicles, Parking, and Towing.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Abandoned, Immobilized, Unattended and Trespassing Vehicles; Parking”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.
